Wow.. he's already shattered records in three years.. he could be a 1st rounder next year and a serious Heisman trophy cantidate. Good move on his part.

I totally don't understand that.

I think he is good enough for the NFL.

What more does he need to prove?

He might be hurting his chances for some serious cash.
If he gets gurt next year....He's done....

Or he could improve his stock and be a higher pick and make more money.
He probably would've been a second rounder this year.

The only QB I can think of that is ahead of him at this point is probably Brian Brohm.
IMO he could go anywhere on the first day, just depends on the measurables.

and by the way its colt brennan for you colt who people. :P

he has a lot to prove by getting bigger, more experienced and taking some snaps under center instead of always getting the ball in the shotgun formation.

and yes he was in serious consideration for the heisman this past season until UH lost to oregon state, damn beavers.

cant wait for this upcoming season to see if colt can put up some more insane numbers again. COLT FOR HEISMAN 07 baby!!!!!!!!!! ;D

Good decision on his part to stay in school. Next season, it will be a 3 way race for Heisman & the #1 pick.

Colt Brennan, Brian Brohm, & Darren McFadden will all be battling it out all year.

Should be fun to watch.

I hope June Jones rewards him by letting him run a bit more of a pro-style offense next year rather than the run-and-shoot the whole time.
He definitely needs more experience dropping back from under center.

Plus - it's Hawaii, for God's sake!

Smart kid. He knows that when he comes out next year, provided that he has a great year, he is a lock for a top 10 pick. Great move, Colt. This dude is awesome!!
