    I like Tice as a person, but I think we could definately use a better coach...He is great with his scouting team for the draft though, maybe move him to o-coordinator and bring in a head coach

    i think tice is great at scouting, he is good at finding talent, maybe if he ain't coach he can work in the ticket office?
