Clarett to hold workout at his former high school

WARREN, Ohio (March 24, 2005) -- Ohio State won't allow Maurice Clarett back to appear before NFL scouts, but his former high school will.

At this point I do not see this workout doing him any justice.

no i think he is just trying to prove that he will work hard. maybe he is trying to get more money

He just wants any money at this point. ANY money will be satisfactory at this point. He did so bad at the combine that he might ot go until the 5,6,7 rounds of the draft if that. He was sitting with Terrel Davis and Rich Eisen and almost cried right there onthe camera while TD was trying to say even if you go in the late rounds, you could turn out like me. At that point, he was holding back the tears, you could see it. He knew he f'd up. He is going to have to do well at this workout. If he does bad, he may never get drafted.

even if he isnt drafted he has a shot to make a team but he has few chances left.

i am cheering for this guy, yah he made some bad decisions, the combine he put on muscle to prove he was a big back but he gave up his speed and agility, i read an article where it said the media there were laughing in his face, he seems to have matured and learned from his mistakes which werent even that big he got a bad rep because he was a whistle blower, the kid will be a solid pro and i would like to see minny grab him late as he seems to be a hard worker and determined
