Childress won’t call the plays
Brad Childress won’t call the plays in Cleveland
Pat Shurmur said Wednesday that he will remain the team’s playcaller, while new offensive coordinator Brad Childress will assist Shurmur on gamedays in the booth.
I wonder if this was based on watching some of the Vikings games or Chilly reviewing his KAO philosophy....or they just notice the building was smell a little more vanilla like since Chilly came onboard ( which in all fairness its always smelled like something brown there).

I think they decided that run, run, throw a 3 yard pass on 3rd and 7 and punt wasn't a good offensive philosophy.

Give him time to settle in and "stream some consciousness" over there and all will be well with the KAO.
