Chiefs bar Johnson from team activities
http://views.washingtonpost.com/thel...ctivities.html
Stupid, stupid man.Chiefs bar Johnson from team activities
The Kansas City Chiefs announced Tuesday that they've barred running back Larry Johnson from participating in all team-related activities while they and the NFL investigate comments attributed to him in recent days.
The team issued a written statement that said: "The Kansas City Chiefs and the National Football League are continuing to investigate the alleged comments made by Larry Johnson. Until that review is complete, the Chiefs have instructed Larry to refrain from practicing with the Chiefs or participating in other team activities. A decision regarding Larry's status will be made once the investigation has concluded."
According to the Kansas City Star, Johnson used a slur referring to sexual orientation Monday when telling reporters that he would not speak to them until Thursday. Johnson used a similar slur in a posting on Twitter following the Chiefs' loss to the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, the Star reported.
I guess he must have spent a ton of time in class at Penn State.

And for those who aren't up on Larry's latest tomfoolery, here's a nice rundown (which wasn't, apparently, vetted by a lawyer/publicist like his "apology" was):

Poor Huggies, maybe he can team up with the Whizzinator and open a gay porn shop.

Its true. It is instant feedback. Right after the game he was mad and made a comment that he would normally only send to a friend instead of everyone"molineviking" wrote:

Re: Chiefs bar Johnson from team activities
Two things.
I'm not sure exactly what he said and I understand that when you place yourself in the public eye you take on a certain amount of responsibilities.
But call me a cracker, honky, redneck, douche bag, a hole, pencil d#@k etc and so what.
I'll get over it.
There is a lot worse things going on in this league than making headline news because you said something that isn't politically correct.
We all need to buck up and stop pissing and moaning about petty stuff like this or who has been sucking the President's doo hicky.
If you don't like what I said, slam me and throw me to the dogs. I'll get over it.
After all I do have the right to my opinions.
On the other hand, I generally have the ability to control what I say, when and where I say it.
Yes Larry shouldn't have said what he said, when and where he said it [particularly].
But he did, now let's move on and get back to football. At least he didn't shoot someone or himself for that fact.
