Pete Dougherty, of PackersNews.com, reports free agent CB Charles Woodson completed his visit with the Green Bay Packers Monday, April 3, and apparently left without a contract.

good he probably decided he didnt want to become a cheesehead after he saw how crappy green bay (both the city and the team).

Well that's good. I don't want to see the Packers get a good, high-profile player (although they still couldn't have beaten us with him anyways). He probably doesn't want to play for another bad 4-12 after having just left one.

Thats funny....the Packers sure have some problems....but dont tell that to the media, they think the 'mystique of Lambeau field' and the 'chance to play with Brett Favre' is too good to pass up....players don't care, they could give a spit! All the players care about is money and having a remote chance to win.....

Look at the teams that can't sign free agents this summer....Packers and 49ers, nobody wants to go there! :lol:

The Saints have a better shot at signing free agents! Mwahahahaha~!

Well fellas I have a feeling he will be in the green and gold in due time. He's publicly stated that he wants to stay at his position, and Tampa has stated that they want to switch him to full time Safety. GB will keep him at corner, naturally. He also left Tampa without a deal. We'll find out soon I'm sure.

If he signs with the cheese, it will be only for the payday. He sure is not expecting a SB in that city..

I think the ONLY thing that GB has going for it as concerned with Woodson is what SCHARLES said.... they will let him play CB and Tampa won't. I also read on ESPN insider today that Seattle has interest in him, but hasn't scheduled a visit.

Agreed, I think due to the fact that GB has so much cap space and a glaring need at corner that Woodson will eventually end up there. Plus, remember when Ryan Pickett first visited with the Slack he too left without a contract, then about a week or two later they signed him.
