This should be the standard if somebody is caught with a DUI makes life a little safer

Maybe it should be standard on every car. I don't see any downside. It would make it just a little easier for someone to give up the keys if they fail the test, plus when they do get caught there are no excuses.
Of course you could have someone else blow in the tube, or you could drive someone elses car. Or maybe it is not installed in all of your cars. It is just deterent.
