CB Nnamdi Asomougha
im a raiders fan and i just want to get some of yalls perspective on the raiders corner Nnamdi Asomougha. To me hes very underrated because he doesnt get alot of the "sexy stats" i.e alot of interceptions, tackles, sacks etc. but anyway whats your opinion on him

Re: CB Nnamdi Asomougha
He's a Pro Bowl corner and one of the top 10 corners in the league.
Good luck signing him next year
;D
I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

He has a hard name to spell.

Re: CB Nnamdi Asomougha
He will get franchised till the end of his career, Usless McFadden and JaMarcus gets their grove on and the Raiders start doing something or he decides to hold out of something..
I really like him, i would love that kind of player on our team..

Re: CB Nnamdi Asomougha
I read recently that he only got thrown at 30 times last season!
That's unbelievable, and explains his lack of "sexy stats"

Never heard of him, or have I ever seen him play.
I'll try to pay attention to any Raiders games this year.Vegans are eating the rainforests. =(

Ha yeah he's ridiculously underrated. Only thrown on 30 times last year, 9 completions. Definition of shut down, and second best corner in the league behind Champ.Never heard of him, or have I ever seen him play.

Wow.
Shutdown indeed.
It may be interesting to see how Hall reacts to being picked on all game!
We know first hand what a superstar RB can do for an already good offense, but I still think that Dorsey, Ellis or even Gholston would have helped out the team more.
Apparently they like that Kelly guy, but really, who is taking Sapp's place?
How have they improved their ability to stop the run?
And, some pass rush added to that secondary might bring around those elusive "sexy stats."
The Raiders' defensive per game rankings...
Too one sided to be a true contender, but improving...perhaps an 8-8 record like ours last year, where the young QB makes just a few too many mistakes.PTS
