What else could explain 50 years of Detroit Lions futility? Bad coaching, poor players, and inept management

Matt Millen? I think its safe to say he has a lot to do with it.

are factors, sure. And so was the dominance of division rivals like the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings.

    What no Bears?

Their offense can't do it for them alone, at least the Rams of old had a marshall faulk to run the ball along with their passing game.
    the lions don't.
so with that i have no faith in them.
although they did beat us last year finally......in OT!

I wonder if Bobby cursed them with drafting flop WR's in the draft also?

    You can't blame McMullet.
He doesn't do anything without the HC's approval.
