Bud Grant says better team lost

I always say the better team is the one who shows up to play when everything is on the line. The definition of "better team" is the team that wins, not the more talented team. Otherwise we should have been winning superbowls left right and center. It's funny how that doesn't work out.

Not to mention the Steelers did not execute very well either, something that does not happen too often when Ben is healthy. With Maddox...they blew.

Pittsburgh played a "B" game at best.

I think Seattle was the better team, and to respond to what Italian said, they DID show up to play. Seattle had more first downs, more passing yards, more TOP, won the turnover battle, had more sacks and ran for over 130 yards in the game. But why did they lose by 11? In the words of Colin Cowherd, "because for four quarter the officials highjacked Seattle's momentum." They stole the game from them, whether it was purposeful or not.
