A rookie taking the helm during their bye week.
Rattay better turn up the gears since he'll probably be starting in 'Nawlins in week 5.
Maybe he'll be reborn and have a year like he did a few years back in 9er land.

Buccaneers | Gradkowski to take over starting QB role

Buccaneers.com reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie QB Bruce Gradkowski will now assume the starting quarterback duties heading into Week 4 now that QB Chris Simms (spleen) is out indefinitely. Simms remains hospitalized after having his ruptured spleen removed. Quarterback Tim Rattay now assumes the primary backup role. The club is also anticipating the return of QB Luke McCown (knee), who is currently on the PUP list.

they still have a good team.. its still up in the air for them, but their season hopes keep looking down

simms was sucking before, this might actually help their team... oh and the real reason they suck...gruden. way to go gruden you'v managed to destroy a superbowl team and leave them in contention for #1 draft pick next year.
