Wow, I really thought he was going to come back. I heard today on ESPN Raduo there was a 90% chance he would. Hmmph. Well anyway, I wish the guy best of luck, I hope he gets through everything with flying colors. It's nice to see him make a smart decision.
Good, we don't need him dying on the field.....I am glad he didn't try anything stupid...take care of your body Ted, that way life after football will be easier to handle...
I know this is gonna sound bad but im gonna say it anyway. I feel bad for the guy cuz he is one of the very few class act hard working great football players, But it's less compitition if we make it to the bowl and they are there. But I hope everything goes well and he gets better and plays more

Whatever, the Pats will just replace him with some free agent rookie and not miss a beat.
they still have colvin, chad brown, mcginnest, vrabel.. they will be fine at LB
I feel bad for the guy but he is a great leader off and on the field so the pats will be ok.
I wish him the best of luck and a speedy recovery, he is the heart of that defense in New England.
hope he has a great recovery, i know this must have been a big decision for him...i also think the pats will replace him and release him by next year.
