Browns in FA/Offseason
Has this Brown turd of a team finally been polished or flushed?
Browns agree to deal with wide receiver Stallworth
Instead of Bengals, Browns land DT Shaun Rogers from LionsCleveland does not have any draft picks in the first three rounds of April's NFL Draft, so it is stockpiling players through free agency.

Browns reach deal with QB Anderson; trade for DT Williams

Re: Browns in FA/Offseason
Anderson/Quinn
Lewis
Edwards
Stallworth
Winslow
Their offense looks great.
If they click like they did last year, they have a few seasons of success ahead of them.
The defense is the question mark.
They did go after Rogers and got him, he should be a great addition.
The Browns have been a punchline more years than not, but they should be very competitive this year and for many more to come.
Unfortunately, this years draft is going to be a bust.
The Quinn trade really set them back.
That offense should be quite impressive!

Depth Chart, not up to date.
Most notably, O Roye is gone from the D line.

Nat Dorsey, a former Vike, is a backup OL guy behind Joe Thomas (last years draft choice).

Re: Browns in FA/Offseason
Several teams made themselves better in the FA period and the Browns are at the top of the list.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

When they say it all starts up front, I guess the Browns believe it.Big moves, big men bolster D-line

Two big moves, two very big men.
Saturday morning, Romeo Crennel introduced Corey Williams and confirmed that the Browns have agreed to terms with the Lions on a trade that would bring Shaun Rogers to the Browns as well.
Thanks for taking these guys out of the NFC North.

Now everyone has to come out and prove themselves.
That is the exciting part.
I can't wait for the season to come around.

We have the rest of FA and the draft before we get to the season, plenty of time.

Re: Browns in FA/Offseason
Gotta hand it to Phil Savage, he sure has gone out and got some players.
for years the O-Line blew, but they are a pretty good unit now.
I think Quinn is there guy and the fans here are dying for him to start.
Their secondary took a hit with Bodden going to the Lions.
This is their weak spot now with the secondary.
The one player I truly love from the Browns is Cribbs.
This guy works his ass off of ST's whether he is the ball carrier or on coverage.
He is the epitome of hard work and dedication.
I will probably get to quite a few games this year, should be good.

I guess it isn't totally our of the scope of possibilities, the Chargers got rid of Brees and made the young Rivers their guy.
