I thought Rams signed Rice. Im very confused can someone give me some clarifications?

I think he will have a decent season. Shanahan does I hate to admit it he is probaly one of the top coaches in the league. He will get rid of player not pulling their weight. It's not like he is going to back to the AZ Cards and can away with milking an injury.

I was watching Stink on Mike and Mike yesterday.

He says that this signing is indicative of how desparate the Broncos are this year.
He thinks they will be at .500 or below.

I think it was in the 3rd week of preseason, during the game, I heard that the Broncos hadn't stopped a team on downs yet in preseason.

Plus they were getting run on, couldn't stop it.

It is only preseason though.....

If Rice is a upgrade, the other AFCW teams are gonna run right at him, LT, and Larry Johnson are going to have great games against the Broncos. Running right at him will take his strength (pass rushing) away from him, Simeon is getting a little long in the tooth, and probably won't stay healthy all year.

Rice could be a great mentor to the young and upcoming players, but as mentioned, he is on the downside of his career now......
