Brett Favre to the Raiders......???

Seriously, though, can anyone else see this happening?

Al Davis is more interested in selling tickets than winning, what would sell tickets better than Favre to Moss, possibly with the occasional handoff to Ricky Williams.

The Raiders aren't happy with their QB situation with Collins or Tuiasasopo. What would be a better quick fix than to bring Favre in for a year or two, and draft a prospect for long term? I don't know if Favre would be willing to go to the Raiders, but if he doesn't retire and doesn't return to Green Bay for another year, I could see Al Davis going after him. I'm not sure what kind of success they'd have, but it would be interesting to see. For 6 or 7 years when the Packers and Vikings played, it was billed as Moss and the Vikings versus Favre and the Pack.

Favre might see it as a great way to go out, with the potential to throw to the greatest WR of his time, him being considered among many to be the greatest QB of his time. Even with the terrible records of both teams, if that did happen, I guarantee you'd see the Raiders more than once on MNF next year.

It would be kind of like Jason Kidd and Shaq playing on the same team in a couple years. You might be able to substitute someone else for a better analogy, but I think you know what I mean.

What if Randy Moss signs with the Pack in the off season as it sounds like the Raiders are done with him. You know he would have his best games ever against the Vikes and we would have to face him twice a year!

I don't think he is going anywhere. He will end his career in Green Bay. I can almost guarantee that. He is going downhill and the only reason a team would want him now is to help mentor a young quarterback or something like that.
