you guys are gonna kill me for saying this... he might be a bitch. but the guy has talent. id luv to see him wear purple and gold [-] the attitude. theres no way teams can even daydream about stacking 8 in the box.

Yes, he's being a whiny bitch but I place most of the blame on the new coach.

You inherit a team with one of the best QBs and WRs in the league and you are now about to lose both of them?! The coach made the guy practice with 3rd string team to teach him a lesson. I think he left him behind on one the pre-season games too. You maybe the new sheriff in town but you have to understand that some elite players are prima donnas and you have to play along whether you like it or not.

Marshall's issues started with a contract dispute, but the coach threw fire in to the flame taking the situation from uncomfortable to downright ugly.

You start appreciating Childress when you see jokers like McDaniels, Mangini, Kiffin and Jauron who have no idea what they are doing. Bitch all you want but Childress has cleaned out the locker room, improved the record every year and made us a formidable team that performs CONSISTENTLY (yes, the offense is consistently mediocre but you get my point!). I will take Childress over any of these othere losers that destroy franchises.

Sorry, do want to derail this thread. So yes, Marshall is a bitch, but McDaniels is at fault for escalating the situation. Leave the contracts to front office and do your job on the field.

I agree with that last sentence...but what do you do when the Player brings it onto the field?
You HAVE to react to that.
Marshall is throwing a hissy fit on the field...the coach has no choice but to tell him, "Go home, and come back when you're ready to play".

As for the rest, I haven't followed this real close, but I admittedly don't have much sympathy for overpaid primadonnas who cry because they can't get their way.
