MCL is the ligament on the inside of the knee, and that's the way which Brady's knee bent.

If I'm correct, which I think I am, but I have only seen the hit once, Brady will be playing with a Brace next week.

you mean the same injury that put Carson Palmer out?
If its a tear, he's done, if not, he may be back.
I can't recall, was Hasslebeck out for any games when we hurt him a few years ago?
    That was a pulled mcl.

It's the same ligament that T-jack injured, the way it happened was pretty similar as well. If its just a sprain he'll be back, if its a tear he'll be out for a while.

Soem early observations from the games i have watched

The lions still suck allowing more that 300 yars rushing to a team with a rookie qb
Jacksonville and Tennesee both have stout defenses and it worries me a bit considering we have to play them
Vince young is a much worse qb than T-jack 12-22 110 yards 2 picks bleh...dunno why the media love him.
Eagles will be a contender this year mcnabb looks to be back to his old self
Trow williamson 2 catches for 11 yrds and 2 drops

A new england team without tom brady is still better than the chiefs, but seriously the pats may be in troble here
Favre is still favre (2 td's in the first half) glad he out of the division

    haha thats an awesome picture.

Jacksonville and Tennessee do both look very good on the defensive side of the ball...

Romo has been owning Cleveland's defense.

The Lions tried to run the ball and it didn't work...
Then went back to the air and could play ball again.
    Their run defense is awful.
AD may break his own record!

Carson Palmer actually tore his ACL, MCL, had cartilage and meniscus damage, as well as a dislocated knee cap.... so, not the same injury at all.

As far as Hasselbeck goes, yes, it was the same injury(if I'm correct about Brady). But Matt Hasselbeck is also a tremendous pussy.

Lions got stomped.. Didnt really see that coming

Im scared of the Cowboys and Eagles.. I dont know why but in all my leagues no one takes McNabb.. I took him on all of them... He always puts up MVP type numbers.. Idk why people STILL doubt him

Tennesee and Jax will be tough games.. Defensive battle there

And Favre looked decent.. Cant wait to see him get on the same page as his weapons and to learn the play book.. Just to see the Packers cry

how do you know that it was only an MCL?
for all you know his acl is also hurting.
We can't really say for sure, but if its a tear, he won't be back anytime soon.
if its just a pull, he will probably be wearing a brace next week, unless its a really bad one.
