    Bills cut Tarvaris Jackson

Doesn't matter where he is, he sucks.

Belichick must be kicking himself for not waiting a few hours to sign a QB.

Why would they do that when the #3 & #10 pick overall from that draft class that many here pined for are available?

Sounds like T-Jack COULD be on his way back to Seattle.

Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, placed on waivers by the Buffalo Bills on Monday, is heading to Seattle in the next day or two to possibly sign a contract with the team, two sources said.

Hopefully it happens. Dude has the heart of a fucking champion and will get a spot on roster in this league because he deserves it.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Jackson is expected to sign a one-year contract with the Seahawks.

Not real surprising. He really had the respect of the locker room the first time around.

I don't think the competition will take that long, Jackson is a good fit as a backup for the Russell style offense; Bevell, Jackson and Carroll are all familiar with each other and Quinn just isn't it. Thought Jackson could have gotten a 2 year deal with the Seahawks but he is probably hoping to get a starting job again.

I can't see Quinn winning this battle. Quinn's no better than Jackson, who at least provides the added mobility factor with a stronger arm. Seattle's not a bad fit for him, he knows the system and a bunch of the players.
