Re: Between the Lines: Who's Allowing the Most Sacks?

    Tahi sucks

He's a situational player and still gives up 2

Luckily Brett gets rid of the ball fast

And luckily it's not a "whiffed block" stat

That is an interesting compilation of sack info.
No surprise that the guys leading the Vikings in sacks allowed are the tackles (McKinnie and Loadholt), as it should be.
They are down the list pretty far, but better yet from their standpoint, is the average time for the sacks that they gave up was 3.5 seconds.
Some of the longest times on the list.

From this report it looks like the pass blocking has greatly improved from last year, of course we already knew that.
    Notice Herrera doesn't have any?
C play next to him must be better.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Loadholt is a very pleasant surprise. Few rookies can step in and play that position at the level he's playing.
    Agree'd.
I'd much rather have had someone like Smith, Oher, or Monroe when I was looking at talent last year for the draft.

I was kindof worried that (after reading all the visits) the Vikes might try to reach and take him with thier first.

All in all, PH first, PL second.
    Excellent drafting IMHO.

Had to know that was coming.
TJack has athleticism but lacks the pocket presence that Favre brings.
Sometimes it seems like Favre has eyes in the back of his head.
Eyes in the back of his head, or just one hell of alot of reps doing it.
Possibly to the point that it is almost second nature perhaps?

If given time to get just as many reps, I suspect TJ whould grow a pair in the back of his head as well. ;D

So does that mean TJ will be a HOFer?

    Not 100% sure yet.
Depends on if he can play, like, forever or something.
