On a side note, I agree, Saints, only because of the flaws I see in our D. Who else would love to see what Gregg Williams would do with this defense.
Looks like we are getting alot of pro Saints stuff here.

Back to one of my points/observations........Anyone willing to swap D-coords with them right now?

:
D-coords don't play the actual game. I like Leslie, but our pass defense is too susceptible. If/When we play New Orleans, that could be really ugly. I don't think Favre can keep up with Brees. We would need to win the TOP battle 3:1 to have a chance at that game.

So you think the coaching staff is pretty much a waste of air and have nothing to do with how a player (or unit of players) plays during the game?

Hmmmmmm.

JK, my friend.
Take a look at the players starting for the Aint's, then look at our cast of characters then tell me coaching doesn't have a role in it.

Lots of interesting stats/data though. Might help with someones decision in the poll.

A new order: Saints, Vikings, Giants separate from NFC pack

Reasons for optimism: Brett Favre is playing like a younger version of himself—he threw three more TD passes without an interception Sunday in a 33-31 win over Baltimore—and Adrian Peterson still is the best running back in the league and the defense remains stout.

I love my Vikes but I think the Saints are the team to beat right now - they're winning in dominant fashion... we're gutting out wins.
Granted, part of me wants to believe we're better off for having come out of those gut-check games than a team who hasn't had to fight those fights.... *see 1998/1999 season*

Trust me, I'm a doctor.

NO simply because they are putting people away and we are not.
We have just as much talent as they do on offense.
And our Defense is much better personnel wise then they are, but we arent finishing people as we should and they are.
