Re: Best NFC going into week 7

    I picked the Saints.

Drew Brees is demonstrating the potential I saw in him in SD and he is still making me regret the fact the Vikings didn't go after him and get him like they did for players like Allen, Hutch, Berrian etc. Imagine our team with Brees at QB over the past 4 years.

Well we wouldn't have Adrian beacause I doubt we pick where we picked with brees

So I take AD, Allen, Hutch etc over Brees

    Shouldof, couldof, wouldof, is useless.
Vikes have put together a very good team and has laid the ground for several good years to come.
All it's going to take is attitude and the recent karma to get some SB rings.

BTW, if I was a Chargers fan, I would be saying "Dang, we could have kept Brees and drafted Larry Fitz instead of Rivers"
How scary would Brees and Fitz be?
IMO, its better than Brady and Moss.

    I picked saints.
Vikes are playing well, but Saints are closing out games and not letting their opponents back in.

I picked the Saints, although the Vikes aren't that far off.
The Saints, like the Vikings, haven't had a tough schedule.
Their toughest test thus far was the Giants, but the Saints had two weeks to prepare for them, as they were coming off a bye.
You could argue that Philly was a tough test, but Philly lost to OAKLAND yesterday

playing the browns and the rams doesnt hold your argument too strong. i think the eagles just had a bad game against the raiders who were at home. the eagles can give us a good fight every time we play them. but i do think the saints are better, hopefully the dolphins can sneak a game from the saints. but the vikes are talented enough to be the best, they just have to play a full 60 minutes instead of the half ass 45 minutes they been doing. that is what only stops me from saying the saints are better.

If we are playing our first string in the secondary I think we match up pretty even.
If we lose someone like Winfield as we did this week then we are in trouble.
We need better depth in our secondary.

I say the Saints right now I think ... but I still don't count out the Giants or us Vikings.

I think the Saints are clicking on all cylinders, but they definitely can be slowed down at times.

I do think talent wise we could compete with them and we could definitely score with them on their defense.

Will be interesting to see how things play out and if we can get them in our Dome come playoff time.
