    Bengals need a Love Boat....

The love boat with Gopher, non alcoholic beverages, and some chaperons.

Maybe Marv and Chad need to talk to these players.
The Viking were a media spectacle with less going on than this.
Drunk driving is just not as sexy as sex and scandal.
They also need to start a Character Counts Class in Cincy for these players. Holy Cow!

The troubled offseason of Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has continued, with the one-year veteran arrested early Saturday and charged with speeding and operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI), the Ohio State Highway Patrol has confirmed.

The arrest is the third since December for Henry, who was already facing possible league sanctions under the terms of the NFL personal conduct policy. Henry is also the second Bengals player arrested this week. Rookie linebacker A.J. Nicholson, a fifth-round selection in the April draft, was charged Saturday with burglarizing the apartment of a former Florida State teammate.

CINCINNATI (July 30, 2006) -- Cincinnati signed third-round pick Frostee Rucker, one of four Bengals arrested in the past two months, to a four-year contract, bringing the last of their draft picks into camp.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The 6-foot-3, 263-pound defensive end had 6½ sacks and an interception last season at Southern California. He also had 14 tackles for losses.

Re: Bengals need a Love Boat

Living inside the dreaded AFC North triangle between Cincinnati, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, you can trust me that this gets lots of talk around here.
Bengals fans have to hear it from the Clowns and Steelers fans about this all of the time.
The Bengals 3-0 start has helped to keep the wolves at bay somewhat.

It does seem as though nationally the "Love Boat" crap from last year received much more air time.
No matter where you stand on the "Love Boat" incident, one must admit that putting innocent lives at risk by continued drunken driving should not be tolereated to the estent that it has been in Cincy so far.
I was brain-washed as a child into becoming a Viking fan in Ohio of all places.

Drunk driving and DUIs are not exciting.
Heck just about every writer has had one!
Therefore, it is not a bad thing.
    Sorry writers!
    JK!

It was really a three ring circus in MN last year.
A lot of it was our own media that was willing to sell and push the story.

This goes to show, that winning, helps keep these thing partially under the rug.
Also, shows that they don't have a code of conduct in Cincy.
Might even show that the media was sick of our players and Tice, head hunting?
