The Associated Press reports the Cincinnati Bengals shut out the Cleveland Browns Week 12 and won the game 30-0. It was the first time the Bengals shut out an opponent since Dec. 3, 1989, a span of 269 games. The Bengals had four interceptions during the game and held the Browns to 203 yards.
