Thread: Ben Roethlisberger?

does anybody know how Ben Roethlisberger(spg?) is doing? he took a pretty good shot to the knee at the end of the game last against the chargers?

the steelers backup QB is Charlie Batch, who used to play with the Lions. if Ben wasn't able to play the rest of the season, that would be a break for us when we play them.

Apparently, Roethlisberger enjoys spending time on his knees. Therefore, even if he does come back soon, he'll be at high risk for knee injuries throughout his career. He's been seen leaving nightclubs/restaurants with Kordell Stewart. When Stewart was asked to comment he said "I wear the pants in this relationship, he's my beeyotch, and he likes it on his knees"

Hyperextended knee with a bone bruise. Not as horrible as first thought, but not good either.
Might take a while to heal. I've had a hyperextended knee before, they are no picnic. The worst part is the weakness that seems to linger for a long time.

that sucks for the steelers.

All I know is that it looked pretty painful in the game and they were going to find out today with an MRI if there was any ligament damage. Usually on a hyperextension (knee bending wrong way) there is less damage to the ligaments, than if he would have bit hit in the side of the knee. I have no clue why though, it would all hurt badly if you ask me!
