"The Bears are who we thought they were!"
"The Bears are what we thought they were," Green said, his voice beginning to rise. "They are what we thought they were. We played them in the preseason. Who the hell plays the third game in the preseason like it's bull----? Bull----! We played them in the third game. Everybody played three quarters.
"The Bears are who we thought they were!" he continued, yelling at the top of his lungs while pounding on the podium. "That's why we took the damn field. If you want to crown them, just crown their ass. They are who we thought they were and we let them off the hook!"
Re: "The Bears are who we thought they were!"

No way... I thought that before this game, but after watching it, the Bears along with Grossman are very much beatable on any given sunday.. Chicago showed that they aren't a devastating team like everyone says they are.. They were playing a bad team in Arizona, and got dominated up until the 4th quarter.. Chicago just catches a bunch of breaks all the time.. They have played several teams now without their main offensive weapon, and the other teams they have played (like us) have shot themselves in the foot.. I don't see Chicago winning the SB this year..
Re: "The Bears are who we thought they were!"
I got home at half time and when I saw the score I couldn't believe it. But after watching it for a few minutes I told my wife if there were almost any other coach than Green I would consider the game a lock, but since Green is the coach, I said the Cardinals would find a way to lose. Boy was I right.
Green was his classic self during the unraveling. He stands on the sidelines and fumes with his back to the team instead of getting in someones face or going over and giving them encouragement. He stil coaches like he did when he was here and he is getting the same results.

The Bears are just on a increadble lucky streak.
They should be 4-2 and easily catchable in the NFCN, but luck struck them at just the right time to get the W.
You can win games like this, but it is very hard to get to, and win the big one with luck.
With their D they have a chance.
But if you get Grossman flustered he makes many bad decisions.
It will end up costing them at some point.

Re: "The Bears are who we thought they were!"
One thing that always bugged me about Green was he did not show much emotions You could never tell from his face if we were winning or losing.
the bears will not win the SB!
