    Randy Ratio = Hester Half?

But in all serious I'm happy for him. I really enjoyed having him in our organization and think he is a welcomed addition for most organizations. He understands that you need to get the ball to your playmakers but now maybe he realizes there are 11 on the field for a reason.

Good for Tice. He knows the line well.

    Chicago? That is not good.

Good for Tice and I hope he someday gets a shot at headcoach again.

He never got a fair shake here - Bad owner, wouldn't spend the cash on players, wouldn't pay the coaching staff so tice could bring in top assistants.

But hopefully Tice has learned from Jack Delrio and that when he gets his shot again he will get draft picks in on time and will not give up his game plan on the radio every week.

    Go meathead!
