At least with Chicago he would have a real coaching job...not one with a made up title and function like he has currently in Jacksonville.FuadFan wrote:

I've always liked Meathead...I wish the best for him but it will be hard to keep liking him if he is coaching on a divisional rival...Hmmmm.

Bring him back as the o-line coach. Nothing more.

Uggghhh.. they can have him. I'm really liking what the bears are trying to do this offseason. It's going to help The Vikes dominate them for the next few years.
Last I heard is they were thinking about going after Perry Fewell from the Bills. Go ahead Chicago.. that would make my year. The Bills were dead last in run defense. Good idea when you got to face AP 2 times a year.
The Cutler trade has doomed them. They have no way to rebuild their O line. They have no first or second round picks this year, and on a year that is going to be uncapped, there will not be alot of free agents. How bout you sideburns.. You want somma this milk??

KFAN interviewed him yesterday evening. Same ol' Tice. Fun to listen to the guy and definitely happy for him.

I think he will actually do a great job..
He is a master at TEs.. They have a nice group there
Great with line play.. They need some help
Let's see if he can get Cutler to tone down the turnovers
He wasn't that bad of a coach IMO

Tice was a excellent OL coach for the Vikes. He had probowlers like Christy 4th round and Birk 6th round, so he doesn't need 1st round picks. Granted some of his best OL's had 1st rounders (McDaniel, Stringer, Steussie), but they still needed good coaching to become pro-bowlers.Uggghhh.. they can have him.
