Bears hire Martz to lead offense

lmao, the Bears only hope of not being in the cellar of the NFCN is the Lions. Martz, the self appointed offensive genius, is a joke and has ridden to his short-lived fame on the coattails of others. I will give him the Mark Wilf award. lmao. The Bears are allowed an occasional rise from the ashes, about one a decade. Martz. lmao.

If anyone can't see this was a move of the illuminati, just go back to sleep.

I love this move. Take a coach who is a "My Way or the Highway" guy and marry him to a QB who doesn't listen. Cutlerfuck will surely blossom into a 30 interception guy with Martz!

And da Bears have Meathead as their o-line coach, too. Lovie is desperately trying to hold onto that job with "big"-name hires. Good luck with that.

    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

A lot of deep passes, long developping routes, little involvement of TEs and a lot of passes to the WRs is exactly what that O-line and that offense needs.

Why would you want little involvement from Greg Olsen? The guy has great hands and led the team in TDs.

I'm sure he can do for Cutler as he did for Kitna.

Martz has traditionally not used TEs as passing weapons. He couldn't even get Vernon Davis involved in his offense.

To be fair he did not have much of a QB to work with in SF. Also, Vernon had a pretty damn good year. 965 yards and 13 TDs is far from not involved. IMO this is a good thing for the Bears.

Don't know why everyone hates him so much. He was great with the rams, and the Lions and 49ers were not any better before he got there or after he left.

Granted he won't install the kick ass offense, but no one is perfect. Time will tell.

It is a great thing for the Bears, especially if you are a Vikings, Packers or Lions fan.
