I think Jones is a good back. This is a good pick up for the bears.
Why does everyone think he sucks?

He is an upgrade over Benson, but then...who isn't?

KJ has missed a lot of games in his career...so thats the only thing that he has to overcome...he is a very talented back.

I was hoping he would wind up on a team out of our division.

I feel Sorry for Alexander though, He is a better back(IMHO) and is getting no love what so ever.

He's mediocre at best and that is why he was currently on the market this long.

He will fit in nicely with what they currently have and get them some hard yardage but I don't see him as any kindof threat/weapon thats for sure.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Jones is only 25, Alexander is 30...30 is old for most running backs...and its really old for a back as soft as Alexander...not to mention his reputation for not being a team guy...Alexander was a product of the system...namely running behind the blocking of Hutch and Jones.

That IMO is why Alexander is getting no love.
