Looks like "Nice Guy" coaches are finishing last when it comes to owners trying to take control of thier teams.

I wonder how many Ravens won't be with the team next year.
    :

Hmm, let's see: demands respects, holds players accountable, and he won't back down. Yep, I think this is the exact person Baltimore needs, the anti-Billick. Look, on some level, Xs and Os are overrated -- that's what coordinators are for. The head coach is responsible for all the things Reid cites, and Billick had, by most accounts, lost control of his team.

If Harbaugh can wrestle control of the asylum back from the inmates, it'll be a good start. It doesn't guarantee the Ravens will magically be relevant again, but it certainly can't hurt, either.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
