Art Shell fired!

NFLN is reporting that the Raiders will fire Art Shell at the end of the 2006 season... no link yet, but I post one when I find one.

This shouldn't come as a surprise seeing as how the entire Raiders organization is in shambles right now.

I heard that too, not very surprising.
The Raider Nation is swirling in hell right now.
They are in the toilet bowl with Detroit this year.
I also heard that Millen and Shell were going to have a celebrity death match in June.

Oakland went on a complete bashing of Adam Schefter for his report but they did not deny it at all.

I really feel sorry for Art.
He took over a team that no other coach wanted and now he's being kicked to the curb.
Good luck Davis for trying to find someone else willing to take a shot with that team.
