Arena League's all-time leading WR no longer has NFL aspirations

Arena League star satisfied with that

Damian Harrell, soon to be the Arena League's all-time leading receiver, once had NFL aspirations, but no longer.

Damian Harrell doesn't run the 40-yard dash in 4.3 seconds. Or 4.4. Or even 4.5....

I like him as a player. I have been getting more and More into Arena league over the last couple of years, and I really like the it.
wish they would have a team here again. I for sure would go. Yeah its different but its a nice fix in the Vikings off season.

i agree.
Arena football can be exciting, its high scoring since its on a shorter field, plus seeing guys getting hit into the walls almost adds a hockey aspect to it at times.
Mankato used to have a team and I went to one game when I was much younger.. i would definatly go if there was a team close by again

I read this the other day over at the strib, and I don't get the story.

What is the point. Some player that plays AL, he can catch, but realizes he's not good enough for the NFL. Why even make a story of him? What is the connection to anything?

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

It's the offseason for them too.

lol exactly, they'll make a story about anything.

This article if anything, pretty much means "AFL's top reciever, isn't even good enough to get to training camp in the NFL.
Yea, thats right, NFL > AFL.
Oh what.. you like arena football more?
I'm going to go talk to a wall now, that'll probably be a more intelligent conversation"
