Arbitrator Upholds Owens' Suspension

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The speculation was that the arbitrator would cut his suspension and reinstate him. Philly would have had to release him, and he would have signed with another team (Jones in Dallas wanted him bad) probably by the end of the week.

Now he has to wait tell after the season to get released. He is 32 or 33 already, he is in great shape tho. Will somebody pay him 7 or 8 million anymore?

Run-out of San Fran and run-out of Philly within 2 years.

If it wasn't for the media this stuff wouldn't get spread around but they know that if they ask him questions he's going to answer them. He likes the attenting he likes the media. If he was to come to my team i'd do my best just to keep him off tv and away from the media.

You never know, the one thing to think about is TO compared to MeShawn. TO is just mentally messed up. I think Me was in a conflict with his coach and that is what finally broke that situation. Me is doing fine in big D with the big Tuna. TO needs a coach like the Tuna. You can't play games with a immature guy like TO, like Andy in Tights and QB and WR antics on the sidelines. No playing around with TO, you need to be straight forward. Me was acting up during a game this year and Tuna went over and knocked some sense into him to quiet him down. TO has never shut up for anyone. TO is a high risk option.

Banned for a year for what? Shooting off his mouth? Smith broke the drug policy 3 times to get banned. HE BROKE THE RULES. What exactly did TO do to break NFL rules? He got in trouble with his own team for stuff he said and a fight with another player. His team can decide what to do about that but its not against NFL rules to bad mouth your own players, or hold out for a new contract. :roll:
