I like your thinking, these guys have potential. Let's at least give them a shot. We still need depth though.

true he said money isnt a problem but we shouldn't go out buying players that we don't really need. We could probably resign bwill for cheaper and still be very good in our secondary

I think there's no way that we'd take a second glance at him, and I'm glad for that, he's up there and years and wouldn't be worth the dough we'd have to shell out to get him.

My money is on Law returning to the Pats. Sure things got a little contentious w/ him and Belichick but he didn't burn any bridges. New England would welcome him back in a sec and I think he'd like to return.

How do ya like them apples?!

if we are spending money on corner, please keep bwill. law is overrated. even though he will be an impact player for whoever he plays for next year, his price is too high. i would rather have two-three pretty good guys(like we have) instead of one top notch guy and 2 bums

Ty Law interested in the Miami Dolphins!

    http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/football/pro/dolphins/sfl-ty021506,0,6087027.story?coll=sfla-dolphins-front

Veteran Ty Law said he expects the Jets to release him shortly, and that he wants to play for a Super Bowl contender. In an interview with the Kansas City Star, the Pro Bowl cornerback said the Dolphins fit that description.

"There are a lot of teams interested," Law told the newspaper. "Miami is talking about getting Steve McNair down there, and if the Dolphins get a quarterback, they're a real contender for the Super Bowl. That's what it's all about for me right now. I need to win another title."

Law, 32, said he is seeking "around $10 million" in guaranteed bonus money.

Law also said a reunion with former Jets coach Herman Edwards in Kansas City is a remote possibility. "Is the (Super Bowl) window still open for the Chiefs? Can the offense still get it done? And can they afford me and Pat (Surtain)?"

In his one season with the Jets, Law led the NFL in interceptions with 10 (a career high) and earned his fifth Pro Bowl berth.

Several NFL teams, including the Dolphins, passed on Law in the 2005 offseason because of his high contract demands and a foot injury.

Law helped the Patriots win three Super Bowls in 10 seasons, but was released last offseason. He missed the Patriots' third championship with a broken foot. He needed surgery in January 2005 to repair ligament damage after the season-ending injury during a loss at Pittsburgh in October 2004.
