    99 or 55

Glad to see Jason Taylor getting something done! A good player who I believe deserves a chance to play no matter what. I understand he's getting up there in age and his body is taking a toll, but I'm surprised it took this long to get him signed. Now the question... since Joey Porter is [glow=red,2,300]55[/glow] in Miami is he going to go back to [glow=red,2,300]99[/glow] or a new number for a new start!?

So he wants out when they're 1-15, but wants back in when they're 11-5? That's obnoxious, I wouldn't re-sign him.

would you want on a team thats losing losing losing.... he jumps ship they decide they need alot more than they thought, figure it out, get a QB, run some new plays, ect. ect. I would wanna come back.... I would want him back. That's me though and I understand The shipJumper. It does get old.

Look at the Lions, they ran off maybe the greatest running back of all time (sanders), because they couldn't get their crap together and they never have since then... Imagine if they could win, he would still have a love for the game and BAM Barry Sanders Hands down Holds every Record... I don't wanna see that happen to a great player like Taylor.

If I'm the coach or the front office replacements who come in after the 1-15 season I absolutely do not want that guy back. If he didn't believe in what I was doing as a coach, gm, or owner and then wanted back on the team after the team made the turn for the better I'd tell him to go fuck himself.

And there's a huge difference between Barry Sanders wanting out at 28 and the impact on his would be career and Taylor at 35.

I thought it was the team that ran him out.
If I remember right, after the dancing with the stars, Parcells wouldn't talk with him.
They gave Taylor the silent treatment.
Please correct me if I am missing something.

He didn't want to leave the Phins, it wasn't until they wanted to get rid of him that he turned into the guy that wanted out.

    You are correct.
Parcells TRADED Taylor - he didn't sign somewhere else.

    Thanks for the support (help)!

So now Taylor "wants" (wanted) to go back to the Phins, no problem there I guess.

Yeah ... Taylor made it perfectly clear he did not want to leave and Parcells made it perfectly clear he wanted him to leave.
Taylor did not ask for a trade or release.

Back to 99 is my vote, 55 just doesn't seem right for him.
