I would have to agree with the article in that the Buccs seem to be the team that REALLY wants to move to England. There is a lot of money to be had there, and their ownership group is a bit more interested in greenbacks than American Football.
Men are moved by two levers only: fear and self interest.

I thought the take on Detroit was interesting as well. If the city continues to loose people and becomes a bankrupt ghost town who knows, they may beat the Bills to Toronto.

Jags have 3 more "home" games to play in London over the next 3 seasons. Their owner also owns a soccer club there (Fulham) so It wouldn't surprise me if they moved eventually.

I have been talking about the Detroit teams in all five sports with my pals for a while.

As the city shrinks ... is it going to really be able to support four teams? The first to go would almost have to be the Lions. The town just loves the other three squads too much. But, honestly, Detroit is not going to let any of them go in the long run.

Obviously Jacksonville needs to move. All the other teams still seem to get enough fan support to stay put in the long run (except maybe Oakland).

Jacksonville takes young fans from the Falcons, Bucs, and Dolphins. Many of the older folk are relocated fans of other teams already. Jacksonville is a pretty city, but tough times hit it hard and has little fan base. The team should have relocated to Los Angeles a few years ago.

The NFL should make a push to expand its fan base into Canada. That would help border teams like Seattle, Minnesota, Detroit, buffalo, and New England.
