Re: 2010 NFL Playoff Scenario Generator

This is kind of cool, but I wish it worked the other way around.

St least it tells me that if we get in, we'd be at the Bears in the Wildcard round. No other possible matchup that I can find.

We need Atlanta to win the South and neither the Saints nor the Bucs to get in.

Eagles and Giants must both get in, because we need the Giants to beat the Packers.

My Meeple is purple. What color is yours?

Everytime we win it means we still have a chance. Of course, at some point we need the PUKERS and BORES to start helping by loosing a few as well.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Basically, we need to win out, the Giants need to lose out except vs the Packers (which they need to win), and Green Bay needs to lose out.

    SO YOU'RE SAYING THERE'S A CHANCE!!!

Sounds like there are some pigs in flight school, but all the other students have to flunk out before the pigs get to graduate.

I am pretty sure we need the Packers to lose out from all the scenarios I have been running.

I don't see us getting the tie-breaker over the Bears ever, though I thought we might be able to ... so I am confused by that, but we only get in if we win out and the Packers lose out from what I can make on the scenario generator.

There is no way for us to take the division, because for that to happen, both Chicago and Green Bay have to lose out. And unfortunately they play each other in week 17, so that is impossible.

The ONLY scenario that would get us in the playoffs is if:
    1) We win out
    2) Green Bay loses out
    3) Giants lose every game EXCEPT the one against the Packers

We cannot win a tiebreaker over the Bears anymore. They beat the Lions. The reason is because of division record. They are 4-0 and we are 1-3. The worst they can be is 4-2. We can't finish above them. Our only hope is the Pack losing out.

Even if Chicago loses out we can't win the tiebreaker due to division record.
