Speaking of the Pats.... can someone please explain how a team can go undefeated during the regular season, and then proceed to get the easiest schedule in the league the next year?!?!

    Huh? How did that work?
Who's wife did Belichek have to sleep with to get that done?
    ;D
More like who did Bellichick have to video tape AMIRITE
More like there is a pre determined system to pick schedules that teams have no control over actually.
Look it up if you care to, the Pats just benefited from the teams they were slated to play being bad right now.

Don't get me wrong....I realize it wasn't a random pick out of a hat... but it seems odd that they go 16-0, choke in the Big Game, then are (essentially) given a cake-walk to repeat. I was under the assumption that the system kept challenging the good teams over time, etc. I realize it's probably a once-in-a-lifetime glitch... but it's unfathomable in my mind.

....I mean.... besides the fact that I hate the Pats. So this is just salt in the wounds.
Of course I'd pee myself if they wind up going 8-8 on a fluff schedule.
    ;D

Oh, and of course I hate the Packers too (don't worry).

There is no oddness, and no challenge or easy schedules to take into the argument.
It's a math equation, a team faces certain other teams of a certain division rotating from year to year.
Just plug A and B in for team names and divisions and it will equal X.
    No other explanation needed.

cowboys haven't won a playoff game in over 10 years.... I don't think all of a sudden they'll win 3 in a row

And the Vikings have never won a superbowl, never say never.
I will stand by my picks.
