Yesterday, I discussed my thoughts on the AFC. Now it's time to turn our attention on the NFC.....
I could handle 2 playoffs wins and a shot in the NFC Conference title game...
I'd be surprised to see the NFC East step up as much as he predicts though.
Those 4 teams tend to take a physical toll on each other.

No. 1 Seattle over No. 3 Minnesota
Seattle's defense is capable of slowing down Minnesota's ground attack at home.
Hasselbeck is capable of leading the Seahawks back to the Super Bowl in Mike Holgrem's last season.
