Re: 2007 Super Bowl Odds
I still can't believe that after having 1 decent season, everyone thinks the Bears are for real.. What about us starting out 1-5, and finishing with a winning record at 9-7? Complete bullshit if you ask me.. The Bears haven't put great seasons back to back since the dam 80's, and now everyone it seems is giving them the division, and possibly the SB.. They won't even win the division, let alone the SB...

Re: 2007 Super Bowl Odds
Biggest shockers:
1. Dallas...wtf? They still have one star receiver. Lost one, gained another. Carolina's double passing threat plus Delhomme means they have a better chance.
2. Bears...figured they'd be lower
3. Miami...figured they'd be lower
4. (not a shocker but more of a wtf...) Why are the vike's chances considerably better than GB or Det. when all the analysts say we suck compared to them. I guess the odds makers have learned to ignore them as well.Trying to bring rationale to an irrational site

Re: 2007 Super Bowl Odds
In my book, the Panthers are the biggest NFC contendor. Close second with Seattle.
Everybody seems to forget about the chargers, these guys have LT.. I'd be afraid to be in the AFC: Colts, Chiefs, Steelers, Chargers, Denver..
My WTF? awards go to.. Eagles, Dolphins, and Cowboys.i m better than you, so just give up...

The only real WTF I have is the Cowboys. I can live with the rest at this juncture of the season.

Re: 2007 Super Bowl Odds
My two picks in the AFC:
San Diego and Denver (because of their defense, not their offense)
My two picks in the NFL:
Carolina and SeattleKentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

I love it when people make these predictions before the season has even started. I will make my predictions after the season starts and not a moment too soon.

If you're going to listen to anyone this time of year the odds makers in Vegas are your best bet. They have something to lose, unlike the average mind numbing sports journalist that has a job for some reason that is beyond my comprehension.

Re: 2007 Super Bowl Odds
Here's what happens. we will beat washington, then we will beat carolina cause they suck indoors and so do Duh bears. They just have a good defense but remeber that they almost lost at detroit and the panthers almost lost to the lions aswell. Urlacher won't be ready for big Tony Richardson especially since we all know how well he defended the bus. I think we'll beat carolina cause we are running the Tampa 2 and the coverage is ready.
