    You're probably right.
Unless he's the second coming of Randy Moss in 1998, he can't help but disappoint those who are already anointing him as The Next Big Thing.

I also second that. I agree. I cannot think of any wide reciever other than randy moss that was great his first year. I think hes over rated by the public and press and will be a incredible disappointment. Maybe in a few years he'll be good but come on. How many recievers get great fast. santonio Holmes is now like a #3 receiver for Pittsburgh. Not many

Basis? or do you need a shot of espn?
hes talking sports out of his.. ignorance
Yes, that does happen frequently, but not in this case. CJ is being billed as the second coming, he will have a very tough time living up to the billing, especially given the fact that he will probably go to a poor team. Having said that, you could pick any one of the top 10-12 picks, as has been pointed out here before it's a crapshoot, there are no sure things, and no sure busts.

    The second coming of who/what?
I can't remember the last receiver to be hyped this much coming out of college. Not even Moss was this hyped. Rice was before my time.

Also he is mainly a deep threat receiver.
He tore West Virginia up during the first half of their bowl game but became Mr. Invisible during the second half.
There is no doubt the tools are there but I don't believe he is going to be instant impact the way Randy was.
He should eventually be a beast but I think it is going to take him a couple of years.

    As for my biggest bust.
    JaMarcus Russell.
