Its real, but its not a 100 yard field..

I dont know him so I cant judge, but it seems like that Lebron James commerical where hes hitting like 120 foot shots over and over. Also, its not like it says "Morton Anderson hits 110 yard field goal."

If an NFL kicker can make 100+ yarders why is the record 63?

I don't know if I'm buying it though.
The guy has been in the league for 5 years & the longest he's made is 52 yards.

He's only attempted 2 FG's from 50+ yards & he's only made 1 of them.

Certainly if he could kick even close to that he'd be given more shots at 50+ yarders rather than punt the ball away.

I don't buy it.
I was at the Vikings vs 49ers last year and watched Longwell routinely hit from the 50 (60 yard FG) but during the game when the mental clock is ticking and 11 guys charging at you his range is a bit lower.

This guy is all alone out there, the ball on a tee (very High tee), a strong tailwind...nah, I don't think so. :-

Its just another viral ad, its just as fake as those commercials where Vick or whoever throws the ball out of the stadium. The even use the exact same camera cuts. If someone could kick a ball 110 yards like that, why wouldnt they just kick it out of the endzone on every kickoff?

first of all, the field looks a little small,

that ball does soar into the air VERY high as well. ..

unless he was at the dome, and did it.. i prolly woudl'nt believe it.
